Refund policy

Nuvo  is dedicated to delivering 100% satisfaction when you shop with us online. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact  or e-mail us at sales@nuvosport.com  for approval before returning any items. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your purchases.

No returns will be accepted or refunded without prior approval. The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs. Refunds may be given after the product is returned and inspected, minus any and all original shipping and handling costs. We will not refund, credit or exchange any products once thirty days have passed from when the order was placed.

Please note: your purchase must be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging and receipt to ensure full credit.. Opened products are not returnable. If you have questions or concerns with any Nuvo products, please let us know and a customer service representative will gladly assist you.
